a sneaky peaky!

So this is a collage of my newest line for dream street papers
which is coming out at winter cha in a little over a week. as you can see, it is called RUE. as in the past, i named this after someone special in my life: my sister katie. and now you are confused, because her name is katie and not rue, but her nickname is katie rue! and rue means road in french, and i'm working for dream street...so you can see how this all perfectly ties together! katie also LOVES paris, so i gave it a bit of a parisian feel to it! some of the papers are named: beau & ooo-la-la! i think this line can be used for ANYTHING!! baby, heritage, wedding, boys, girls....just accent it with whatever color that suits your fancy! so if you know of any store owners...have them pick this line up! (and any other of the dream street lines for that matter...they are all FABULOUS!)

some new pages

so i designed this board for my scrapbook room, cause let's face it...i'm addicted, and i thought this was fun for my pink and brown office!

this is to get you excited for the LUV month!!! some of my girlfriends and i are starting a scrapbook night once a week. (or twice...or however much they want!) i'm so excited b/c some of them are first time scrappers, and i totally got them hooked! (their husbands are gonna HATE me!) anyway...i'm finally caught up with jack and gracie's pages...and i'm just trying to figure out what to do with our family album. here are some pages of my babies. oh how much i love them! looking at these pictures makes my heart a little sad that they are growing up so fast. before i know it they will be gone...sigh...so enjoy and start scrappin'!

sistas

i was so happy to have my cute sis come visit me this weekend. i wanted to do something fun and memorable, so i got us a reservation at miss molly's tea house...so we could have a tea party! it was so much fun, and the food was so yummy. it was a bit sentimental because we used to have tea parties together all the time as girls...it's fun to be a little girl at heart and enjoy a good tea party. i love my sister too much for words. we are so close...and i feel lucky to have her in my life as sister and friend. i once saw the quote i put above (" i loved you too much to just be your friend, so God let me be your sister" ) and that totally describes how i feel about her. i dearly hope that someday we will live by each other. some boy better not steal her too far away from me! any hoo...LOVE HER, and i'm so glad we got to have a fun sleepover this weekend.

just because

my sweet hubby gave these beautiful pink roses 'just because' he loves me! when he sees pretty flowers at costco, he gets them, so thank you costco for carrying flowers! oh, just looking at the flowers makes me thing of valentine's day. i LOVE february...maybe because it's my birthday month...but also because it's full of pink and red things...my two favorite colors...and LOVE is everywhere. i always feel a kinship with fellow februarians too.

also, i'm exstatic to say that i FINALLY got my lens back!...sigh...oh how i missed my good friend!!! i'm taking pics of stacey's baby tomorrow to celebrate!
